I started my career in 2004 working with Mr Krishnan Venugopal, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, and Counsel to Government of India.

I have extensive all-round experience in Infrastructure, Projects, Finance, Corporate, International Trade Regulation, Trade & Policy, and Litigation Support. I focus on these practice areas as it has enabled me to work with both the government and the private sector in transactional as well as policy matters.
Details of the matter that you have worked on in your career to date that your are most proud of and why:
One of the most prestigious work assignments of my career was when I worked as part of the firm’s team, led by Ms R V Anuradha, Partner, advising the Government of India in a WTO dispute initiated by the United States of America against India in relation to certain measures relating to solar cells and solar modules. Other matters that have given me a similar sense of pride and achievement include my involvement in our firm’s work on: structuring and implementation of a project for undertaking the implementation of the Gazipur Waste to Energy Project for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi; advising in relation to implementation of a 76 MLD sewage treatment plant and sewerage system renovation project being implemented by the Kholapur Municipal Corporation Municipal Corporation on a Public-Private Partnership basis; and redevelopment of five existing industrial estates in the National Capital Territory of Delhi on a PPP basis for Delhi State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation. Each of these assignments presented the opportunity to work on a diverse range of issues and it has been a joy to work on finding legal solutions within the existing legal framework.
