I have been involved in this area of law since the beginning and have found it to be very interesting area, especially in view of the nature of projects, clients advised, etc.

While there is no single matter, I am currently advising several international and high-profile clients including Walmart, LinkedIn, Advent International, Nvidia, Silicon Valley Bank, Netgear, Alexandria Real Estate, anong others, on various Indian employment and labour law issues. I was invited by Littler Mendelson, the world’s largest employment and labour law firm with over 1,000 attorneys, to author the India chapter of the Littler Mendelson Guide to International Employment and Labor Law, that has been published by Lexis-Nexis since the year 2007.
