True to the skill set of its leader, the desk handles mainly capital markets and M&A work, and is particularly known for advising Indian generic drug manufacturers on US regulatory, IP and general corporate matters. While most of its work is outbound, the team also acts for clients investing in India, including representing Heineken on its acquisition of subsidiaries in India.
