One of the more newly established firms in this edition, Clasis Law is nevertheless a highly successful and recognisable brand in the Indian legal market. Clasis was formed by a breakaway group of partners from ALMT Legal that took with it the latter firm’s formal association with Clyde & Co, which along with Clasis’s London office gives the firm a strong international presence. Lauded for its work in its core areas of focus – international trade, infrastructure, insurance, transportation and natural resources – Clasis recently announced the addition of an indirect tax practice following laterals and promotions.
