    PEOPLE & PRACTICES

    Dual qualified in India and England & Wales, Nusrat Hassan brings over two decades of experience in dispute resolution and M&A to his role as managing partner. He is praised variously for his expertise in foreign direct investment regulations, anti-corruption, and commercial arbitration and is listed in Who’s Who Legal: Real Estate.

    Prasad Dhande leads the firm’s telecom infrastructure practice and counts Tata Telecom, Indus Towers, Sarens and Idea Cellular among his clients. Sidhartha Srivastava meanwhile leads the contentious practice as well as the advisory practice on labour and industrial regulatory compliance, and has notable clients like Coca-Cola, LG, Samsung, Dupont India, Cargill India, Amira Foods.

    Santosh Pai heads the China practice and is known for his corporate and M&A work in the Indo-Chinese business corridor, having recently advised Sinoma International on its maiden acquisition of an Indian cement engineering outfit. Vikas Kumar is also a “big name” in the firm’s corporate team and advises domestic and international clients on joint ventures, FDI and private equity, and acted on the setting up of a domestic venture fund and an acquisition by Gujarat Venture Funds. His other clients include international companies such as Proactis, Leeds Metropolitan University, Bruderer AG, Valbruna Gulf and Caravan DMCC.

    The firm has a fully integrated office in Patna, led by associate partner Saket Tiwary, to provide service to its clients in Eastern India. Tiwary provides litigation and real estate support to banks, telecom companies and other corporates setting up their offices in Bihar.
