In May 2013 he led the firm in advising Qatar Foundation Endowment in its agreement to acquire 5 per cent of Indian telecoms major Bharti Airtel, and US vehicle parts manufacturer Dana Holding Corporation in its agreement to license its heat exchange technology to Victor Reinz India, Dana’s joint venture in India with the Jayant Group. He also led the firm, working alongside Kirkland & Ellis, in advising Kewill Group in its acquisition of the software solutions business and foreign subsidiaries of India’s Four Soft for $43.4 million.
