    Founder and senior partner Atul Dua is listed in Who’s Who Legal for his corporate tax work, which ranges from international structuring and domestic direct and indirect tax planning to litigation, including advance rulings and representations before tax authorities for tax exemptions and reliefs. He also brings extensive experience in international trade, competition and dispute resolution to the table, and has specialist knowledge of the technology and media sector, having assisted strategic investors in investing in TMT companies in India. Salman Waris heads the firm’s TMT and IP practice groups and is internationally lauded for his work in IT matters. He was also named on our “40 under 45” list of India’s leading young lawyers last year.
