    Dhir & Dhir provided consultancy and advisory services to beleaguered Indian carrier Kingfisher Airlines in its restructuring last year. The firm acted in collaboration with Ernst & Young on behalf of the state-owned UP Electronics Corporation in the development of Information Technology City – a special economic zone in Lucknow, and is advising Marksans Pharma, Maneesh Pharma, Samtel Color and Infra Chennai Port Trust in ongoing matters.
