Founded as Chandan Associates in 2000 and renamed last year, Agnus Law is a small but well-respected outfit in the south of the country offering corporate matters and disputes for a range of notable clients.

Both partners help maintain the firm’s well-regarded real property and contracts practice. Managing partner Chandan Kallaiaah is also responsible for the corporate advisory, IP and regulatory functions of the firm, while Saroja Chandan is known as an arbitration and
    litigation expert.

In the past year, Agnus has handled a multimillion dollar real estate transaction for Vestian Global Workplace Services, and continues to advise the company on corporate matters. Other clients include Aircel, which the firm advised on the acquisition of telecoms tower sites and in litigation and arbitration matters; Magnasoft Consulting, for which the firm has structured numerous deals and contracts; and Suguna Poultry Farm and Kara Learning, both of which the firm assisted in disputes.
