A small but well-established outfit in the capital, Dhingra & Singh is primarily known for its “first-rate” litigation and IP work, though it is also strong for real estate, tax and employment matters. A second office in the US gives the firm an international presence.

Managing partner Mrityunjay Kumar oversees D&S’s litigation and real estate teams, both of which have been active in various courts in Delhi over the past year: partnership disputes, IP prosecution and property cases have formed the bulk of the firm’s contentious work of late. Elsewhere the firm has been involved in drafting and reviewing international agreements, advising on employment matters, and devising and implementing tax structures for foreign entities in India.
