    Under managing partner Rupin Pawha, who heads the corporate and projects teams, Juris Legal has been appointed by the Indian Ministry of Coal and the Central Mine Planning and Development Institute to assist in developing the methodology and documentation for the award of coal blocks and the model agreement between the government and private developers of coal for permitted end use, all of which has taken centre stage in the wake of “Coalgate”. Other key clients have included Delhi and Mumbai Airports, SUN Group, First Pacific and the Gujarat Maritime Board.
