    The firm assisted L&T finance on its acquisition of Fidelity’s India mutual fund business for over $100 million: one of the largest M&A deals in the country’s mutual fund space. Other notable transactions include Pipadev Defence & Offshore Engineering’s joint venture partnership with Mazgaon Dock; Quickjet Cargo Airlines’ acquisition of a stake in Swiss airline Farnair; Apodis Hotels’ acquisition of a stake in Intellistay Hotels; and e4e’s sale of its entertainment business in India, the US and the UK to Pole To Win.
